After we determine what our clients are looking for here are the steps:
- The candidate profile, job description, and search process is developed and approved
- Sourcing begins and continues through step 5
- Submission of "large list" candidates
- Casual reference checks by Sanderson McLeod are made congruent to submission
- Phone interviews / initial screenings are set with candidates that make the first cut
- Decisions made on who makes the short list
- In person interviews set with short list
- Formal reference checks on top 2 candidates
- Offer made, negotiated and accepted
