The Search Process

After we determine what our clients are looking for here are the steps:

  1. The candidate profile, job description, and search process is developed and approved
  2. Sourcing begins and continues through step 5
  3. Submission of "large list candidates
  4. Casual reference checks by Sanderson McLeod are made congruent to submission
  5. Phone interviews / initial screenings are set with candidates that make the first cut
  6. Decisions made on who makes the short list
  7. In person interviews set with short list
  8. Formal reference checks on top 2 candidates
  9. Offer made, negotiated  and accepted by Director
